All Hail ‘Izteraab’

April 2, 2014 1:00 pm

The literal meaning of Izteraab is bechaini (in Urdu) being in a confused state of mind.  A great combo of the gracious Amna Mufti and the very talented Misbah Khalid as writer and director is definitely going to work out this season on HUM TV. The drama is going to be on air tonight and will be telecasted every Wednesday at 8 pm.

So far from the promos of this upcoming serial there is a very blurred view of the story to us. People have totally no idea about anything what is going to happen in the play except for the fact that there is going to be a story about a family having Meekal Zulfiqar and the gorgeous Saba Qamar as spouses having two kids. As far as what I have observed from the trailers is that a married couple will be intruded by another girl ruining their lives and leaving them get separated from each other.

Amna Mufti is here once again with another impressive theme in Izteraab, after her epic storyline in Ullu Baraye Farokht Nahi. This is another gift from Amna Mufti to HUM TV which I am sure people are going to love and appreciate.  Her previous efforts in UBFN were praiseworthy for bringing out such a unique plot to our TV screens after a long time. This time also I am definitely convinced that Izteraab is going to be there with a different concept and will not let us down J and will keep on entertaining us until the end.

The main cast includes Saba Qamar (from Bunty I Love You), Meekal Zulfiqar (from Mohabbat Subh Ka Sitara) and Sania Shamshad (from Mein Deewani). With the directing skills of the very known Misbah Khalid who had previously created Mere Paas Paas which was HUM TV’s first ever mega hit, we are again expecting an enthralling blow in the drama scene.

So Goodluck Team Izteraab!!! Thumbs up to you guys ;)

I am keeping my fingers crossed for this next serial on every Wednesday at 8 pm only on HUM TV.

Cheers :D
